Eligibility
Students who are:
- Undergrad and Graduate Students who Initiated Project & Research, and are supervised by one teacher.
- TA & RA Research directed by Professor and teaching staffs
- Competition Participants
- Senior Students (4th year HDT) doing their capstone projects
Faculty:
- HDT Teaching staffs and professor conducting researches with TA & RA
- Faculty Professors with Projects and Research that contribute to Arts Tech Showcase and Research Output
- Seminars and Events led by professors.
Terms and Conditions
- Reservation includes booking a faculty advisor is required to be made at least 7 days but not more than 1 month in advance. Confirmation will be made within 7 days.
- User should be mindful while using the rooms, any indecent acts or improper use of equipment are prohibited.
- Users are responsible for any damage to any faculty’s property caused by them.
- Users must switch off all kinds of electronic system, including lighting, air-conditioning, computers, projector, etc at the end of the booking.
- Users must keep the place clean and tidy and are responsible for any irremovable marks.
- The Arts Tech Lab is a neutral space. It does not take any political, religious, or ideological stance. All events hosted in the lab should respect this neutrality and align with the university’s values of inclusivity and academic freedom.
